The location & appearance may be off putting but don't let that deter you! The staff are very friendly, informative, & will work with you to help you find what you would like. The food is phenomenal! I never used to like Ethiopian food until I came here. I've tried the popular places in Edmonton & this is hands down the best food. Everything is full of flavour, and not overly spicy unless you request otherwise. The portions are generous & very well priced. I like to call this place my diamond in the rough. Keep in mind, it is a hookah bar/lounge so you do need to be 18 or older to enter. Also, the closing times that are listed on here are mostly incorrect. It's open until midnight, not noon. Everyone I have brought here have absolutely loved it & are always bugging me to take them back there. I highly recommend this place for their traditional Ethiopian cuisine! Read more

There aren't many fully vegan places to eat here in Edmonton. I was beyond stoked to find another. And this place is seriously cool. Interior decor was so neat. And the food was literally to die for. Vegan chicken and waffles on the brunch menu was so so good. Every single person working there was so happy to be there. you could feel the pride they felt just from working there.
