It is challenging to find people who can help you when you are most vulnerable. In our case, we needed advanced nursing care because my wife had our 3rd child.
The help was great. They came and did most of things that should be done by a healthy mom--including, get this--bathing our toddlers, diaper changes, massaging my wife's post-partum distended belly, cleaning and even cooking!
Note, they are Korean with some English. As long as they do such great work, that's not a barrier.
