A true testament of misogynistic, sexist car dealers. Walking into the dealership I was introduced to a salesman. On his desk was oversized containers of protein powder, and pictures of Rocky hanging in the cubicle. I did still love the car and wanted to purchase it. However, when there was a miscommunication about my trade in and we disagreed... I was treated poorly. I was referred to as Dear in such a condescending manner that one point I asked him to stop, and call me by my name.
Omar ( pre-owned sales manager ) was rude, aggressive and very unprofessional to say the least ......... after the purchase of a 2016 Hyundai Genesis , we had issues ....... because we live in Edmonton , we had to drive back to Calgary ...... when we arrived , Omar was waiting for us ....... the discussion of our issues only lasted a couple minutes , as Omar constantly interrupted us , in what we had to say and was extremely rude . nothing solved . ********** beware ************
